What We Do – Professional Tree Care
TREE REMOVAL
Trees that are sick and dying, dead or hazardous are candidates for removal. Up Tree Care arborists always take care to ensure the most economical, lowest impact approach to felling trees. In addition to advanced felling techniques, we also use ropes and rigging in our high angle removal systems to safely dismantle and lower the tree to the ground.
TREE PRUNING
Proper tree pruning is crucial to long-term tree health. Up Tree Care Arborists follow ANSI 300 pruning guidelines and take pride in making the right cuts, the right way. We primarily employ rope-based tree climbing techniques to access the entire canopy. Minimizing use of heavy equipment also ensures minimal damage to your lawn and landscape.
TREE CABLING
Some trees require structural support to stay standing. After accessing the canopy, we secure the weaker limb to a stronger one using either a steel cable or a dynamic, high-tensile polypropylene (COBRA) cable. Cables last for 10 years and reduce the likelihood of limb or stalk failure. We also install effective staking on smaller trees.
CONSULTING
Consultations are the first step in developing a plan for tree care. We do our best to promptly respond to inquiry requests across the valley. We offer comprehensive tree and site analysis to help you determine the health, risk factors and needs of young and mature trees. Work quotes, if work is necessary, are always included in a consultation.
STORM WORK
Wind, snow and freezing rain can all wreak havoc on your trees and property. Storm trees that have fallen on your house, power lines or in your driveway can pose a serious safety hazard. We use man lifts, cranes and rigging to carefully remove storm trees from structures. We also offer restoration pruning for damaged trees that are still standing.
FOREST HEALTH
Up Tree Care has the experience and equipment to to restore and maintain the health of your forested property. Disease assessment, dead limb and ladder fuel removal, proper tree spacing and structure clearance are all included in a comprehensive forest health program.

Our heavy equipment includes two Bandit wood chippers and chip trucks, a 60′ boom truck, skidsteer with forestry grapple, a Vermeer stump grinder, a mini-skid steer and small tree spade.
